DAFTPISS Fitness Tests

Every week, you have the option of testing your fitness. All of these tests are very quick – none should take much more than 10 minutes.

Here are some common tests:

Beep Test
You’re probably already familiar with this one. You can download the app easily on your phone.

9 minute walk/run
walk/run as far as you can in 9 minutes.

Home push-up test
Do as many push-ups as you can, without rest. Average for your age is between 15 and 20. Above 34 is considered excellent.

Home sit-up test
Do as many sit-ups as you can, without rest. Average for your age is around 25. Above 38 is considered excellent.

Plank test
Hold a front plank for as long as you can. Average is around 70 seconds. Anything above 2 minutes is considered excellent.
